    Sust 250 Injection Question

First time posting here, but been on the site for awhile...

Just got 3 vials of Sust 250 from same guy I got my first cycle from (good test E/dbol). Got everything lined up and did my first shot Monday morning. Took all my usual over the top steps to ensure no contamination and pinned my quad like I did for my whole test cycle last year (25ga/1"). Took about 30-45 seconds to pin 1ml, so could have been a little fast. No redness or raised temp like an infection, but I have never had the pain and tightness like this. Can barely bend my knee. Its been 4 days and still tight/sore as sh!t. Dont think i got a nerve cause the shot was smooth. Massaged in as usual. but the whole muscle is sore. SO, is this bad batch? Just 1st inj. in awhile? And advice on better pin location to be less painful?? Hesitant to do delts/glut as these will keep me out of the gym for sure. Don't see how Sust 250 would be more painful than Test-E. Guy told me it was going to be sore...whatever tf that means. Its time to pin again on my plan and need some advice... Thanks in advance!

Quads are the worst place for pain and I have had times that I could barely walk from just 1ml. That's why I won't do quads anymore. I can pin anywhere else and might be little sore but nothing like quads. Give it a few days and it will get better. Guessing it's not the gear.

It is because it is a propanoate. All prop esters contain propionic acid. This acid has a particular crystalline structure than have the potential to be very painful after it has time to build up in your body. No worries, it will go away on its on. Assuming you are injecting correctly, your compounds were prepared correctly, and it is all sterile there is nothing more you can do. Some will say heat up your compound a little, or spin around three times clockwise before injecting, but pay no mind to the broscience.

Potentially yes, if those crystals build up it will be painful until your body processes them. It doesn't happen every injection. Most people find that it goes away after using the prop for a few weeks. I have read no studies that explain why. I would suggest the glutes as the least painful spot, but then again that is just my opinion.

Amen to that. Pinned my glute last night for the first time....such an uncomfortable position, but like anything else I know I'll get used to it. Still a little tender this morning probably cause I couldn't keep the needle steady in that position, but since the muscle isn't being used as much as the quad (stairs, sitting on the shitter, etc.) I don't think it will be nearly as bad. Preciate the support fellas. Time to get this party started! THX>

Ain't that the truth. My first shot in my quads, DEATH. I prefer long esters and glutes only now if I can get away with it.

Funny how everyone's different. When I hit the right spot, in my quads (upper 1/3rd, half way between front and side), I get zero pain. But, ventro glutes are even smoother, as I'm sure most would agree...

I think that's the spot for most guys. I try to get a little closer to the femur. I shot straight down but too far outside once and got too shallow in the muscle. That sucked ass for days. I'd rather risk the small chance of hitting a nerve and having a short but painful spasm than to endure 4 days of limping again.
