    second cycle with deca and no hcg..................

    1-14 week cycle: aromasin .25mg ed 1-14
    test cyp 250x2 per week 1-12
    hcg 250x2 per week 1-12

    pct:
    nolva 40/20/20/20
    clomid 75/50/50/50

    This is my second cycle. 6 months since last one of the same quantities (no hcg last time around). I got good results but i could of planed my diet better. lol. This time it will be more on point. I was considering also implementing some deca into this cycle but i had some concerns/questions... Can someone recommend a dosage that will work with this cycle and do i have to start it in the beginning of my cycle or can i start it close to mid way and end it before cycle ends ( week 4-9 )...MY concern is i read/hear talk of deca making you bloated..... not sure how true this is.... Also i am having some trouble locating hcg......Im not asking for a source but maybe an alternative. i didn't use it in my first cycle because i couldn't find any and i rather not do that this time around...

    I would add food and a lot of it. You're too light. Forget test and deca. You need to eat.

    You're also over training. You should be in and out 40 min

    lol, I hear ya but this is the diet now......

    meal 1 (breakfast)
    1 cup oat meal
    1/2 cup strawberries

    meal 2 (2 hours later)(pre lunch)
    6 egg whites
    6 oz turkey
    1/2 cup tomatoes
    1 cup spinach

    meal1/2 9.5gf 67gc 62gp 602cal

    meal 3 (lunch)
    8 oz grilled chicken
    1 cup carrots

    meal 3 31gf 0.45gc 61.5gp 541cal

    meal 4 (pre gym)
    1/2 cup brown rice
    4oz grilled chicken

    meal 4 3gf 20gc 28gp 218cal

    meal 5 2.5 scoops of whey shake(as I leave the gym)

    meal 5 0gf 2.5gc 60gp 265cal

    meal 6 (within an hour after shake)
    1.5 cup brown rice
    8oz chicken

    meal 6 15.5gf 58gc 50gp 566cal

    MY bmr is 1664 and my tdee's is about 2400 .. This is the diet i use to trim down from 180... Im done with that so now in going to jump my cal to about 2800/2900 while on (pro-280g carbs 250g fat 80g)IM a hard gainer and when i jump my cal above 3000 it tends to site in my gut ( no matter how much cardio i do or how clean i eat) lol... Also that 2 hours is with a partner. when im by myself it does take about an hour.... The last cycle i did i got up to 180 from 160 but like i said before, i didn't really follow a good diet and some of my gains were sloppy.....
