Stopped HCG for a month and test extremely low again

Sup guys, in feb 2013 I found out my test was 35. Started using HCG mono from june till february. In september my test was around 900. Then in december around 1500. Then I cut back my dose, and in february I had insurance and pharmacy problems and didn't take it for a month.

Then tested after exactly one month of no HCG and it got back to 29. Doctor wants me back on HCG asap, but right now im unable to get it.

What does that mean? Do I need to be on hcg for life? By the end of the year im going to be 21 which means no more insurance, and each hcg order is $700

I also been lifting for 15 months. And started cutting around the same time I stopped HCG cuz I quit smokin green. Just this month I dropped 15 pounds eating 2000 calories a day. Now im scared since I have 29 test, I will lose everything I gained?

29 is ridiculously low. You need a full blood panel, there's definitely something up and something serious. I'd start with:
    • Total Testosterone
    • Bioavailable testosterone (aka Free and Loosely Bound)
    • Free Testosterone
    • SHBG
    • DHT (gel users especially pay attention to this)
    • Estradiol (specify “sensitive” assay for males)
    • LH
    • FSH
    • Prolactin
    • Cortisol
    • Thyroid Panel (complete)
    • CBC
    • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
    • Lipid Panel
    • PSA (age dependent)
    • IGF-1, IGFBP-3 (if HGH therapy is being considered)
    • Vitamin D

At 20 years old this is no joke and you need to get this sorted out immediately.

    Have you ever cycled before?

A restart could definitely benefit you but I'm guessing you have an underlying condition.

I have never cycled before. Doctor have done lh, FSH, and prolactin blood test before, and the others no. Both of my LH and FSH are low, and prolactin is normal. I have done a pituitary MRI and there was no tumor. Dr thought its just delayed puberty.

How would I go about telling my dr to test all the other stuff?
I was thinking of making an appt to test my e2, cuz it looks like I have slight gyno on one side.

Okay I just made an appointment next week on friday. What should I tell him? And why would I request these?

Also another thing, before when I had test in the 20s with low fsh and lh. When I ejaculate almost nothing comes out. Now my test is back in the 20s, I'm ejaculating normally like I was on HCG, how is that possible when I'm not injecting LH hormone anymore, and test is low again?

$700 for HCG is ridiculous. Shop around, Empower (a site sponser) has a very reasonable price for it.

even for delayed puberty 20 is very low. I started puberty late, around 17~ just starting to get facial and body hair at 23, TMI, even grew an inch this past year.
Anyways You really need a full panel before you proceed to rule out the issues. We want to make sure your thyroid is healthy, growth hormone is okay, cortisol and estrogen are fine. We need to rule this out to find out why your testosterone is at the level of a pre-pubescent woman.

^^ This. Tell your doc you're not happy and you want to find the problem and try and resolve it, not band aid it. If he can't be sure then you need to find another doc. It may be worth a drive / flight to one of the top doc's in the country. After one visit face to face the rest can usually be virtual.

I feel you man. My doctor wants me to stop HCG cold turkey as well. Costco sells 10,000 units of HCG without insurance for 180ish and CVS is around 221. So yes as others have stated...700 is insane.

Read post #7 above and Google "buy hCG".

So I went and requested these tests, just to tell me he already did all of these lol, I guess he did it a year ago when I first saw him, and he showed me...they were all good.

So the only thing I got messed up is total testosterone, FSH, and LH
he said the cause is either kallman syndrome, but my sense of smell is good, so its not. Or something in the pituitary gland, but MRI showed theres no tumor...so idk
