Looking for advice....

6 foot 3 inches tall
100kg
Looking to put on lean muscle with a cycle, looking for very dry gains in order to reduce body fat and increase muscle definition.
Not keen on the idea of injectables if that can be avoided,
Just want a really simple but effective cycle, not mixing to many at one time, for a good diet and good gym program.
