Sup people>?
New to the boards, and have been contemplating starting a cycle, but dont know if it is right for me.....
My question is if i did what would be a good starter for me?
I am 6' 2" and 230. my bf test at the gym said I was @24% . have been basically living at the gym for the past 8 mos and eating pretty good/ with protien shakes too, but havent seen any change.
is there anything that wont have me raging, or will help with reducing bf, and getting swole too?
I would appreciate some help with this;}![]()
