I am ready to start another cycle, I've been working out now for 3 weeks and keeping a healthy diet. I played college football so I'm used to the gym, diet, and conditioning. I quit working out about 4 years ago due to my full time job. I have taken 2 cycles previously. Cycle 1: Test 250, Decca, Dbol, Sus, HCG, clomid. I saw awesome gains with this, started 172lbs, ended at 205lbs. I would have trouble throwing 225lbs up on bench and then was throwing up 305 -3 to -4 times. I've had shoulder problems from football, no surgeries, it feels more joint related. I have loved decca for that reason. My second cycle really wasn't considered or shouldn't be considered one after my first cycle but I took some Australian winny for 12 weeks. I got good results just from that but should have taken it with something else. My first cycle was 2 yrs after high school at the age of 20. I was taking whey protein, creatine, Multi-vitamin, cod liver oil, fish, oil, cla, l-glutaimine, Acetyl L-Carnitine, and maybe a recovery drink..etc.. Didn't take anything but a multi-vitamin when i took the 2nd cycle, I know i wasted it even know i saw min gains. I am 6'3" and weight 175lbs, I am def not in shape as far as the cardio side goes but it has always been easy for me to get back in shape quickly. My intial goal for taking the first cycle was to get big and didn't have any thought on the second, I just took it cause I had buddies taking some and worked out with them(stupid I know). I am currently 33 yrs old and want to get back into working out, It was a big part of my life and I really enjoyed it. I may have got burned out a little bit but def stayed active -riding dirt bikes, outdoor sports, shit! even loading my own PA equipment for my dj gigs( lol that counts those subs are heavy lol) So my goals for this next cycle are to build strength and lean out. I'm def not overweight, my 6 pack went to a 4 pack haha, I just lost the def. in my stomach. I still am cut but really want to define my body and build muscle. So my question to you guys : I have not bought any supplements in a while and by the looks on the internet they have changed up so much, (creatine, vitamins, etc...)so any ideas you could throw at me would be great. Also, I have some funds to pick up some anabolics and would like to see what you guys suggest. I have 10cc decca-durbolan 300mg right now and have the following availible to pick up if I need them Mastron 100mg, Sus 500, Sus 250, winnie 75mg, winnie 120mg, equipoise 250mg. I dont have to take the decca but will if it would benefit the cycle then ok. What anabolics would you put together. I really dont wanna get on the clomid, nolvadex, etc side of things. Keeping the gains is important to me. I initially thought about putting the sus 500mg, equipoise 250mg, and winnie 120mg together. I need some help! I am looking to pick up a total of 50cc to 60cc. Also is there an injectable that can be administered that isn't anabolic to help with strengthening or lubing joints?
