HCG already refregerated !

Hello Guys,
I am little confused here. I know this has already been answered in many other threads but i got confused because HCG is already mix with some Highly Purified Water. I got HUCOG 5000/1ml Brand Name is HUCOG 5000.

So my question is. Can i mix 4ML of B12 (methylcobalamin) in the 1 ml of 5000IU HCG and store it in fridge ??

I mean can i mix B12 instead of BAC water and store it in Fridge ??

So i will have 5ML after mixing B12. That will be 1000IU per ml. Right ??

And my 1ml syringe has 40 units. So that will be 10 units for 250IU. Please correct me if i am wrong.
