20 mgs of nolva ed untill simptoms subside, letrozole is too strong and ull feel ur elbows dry up, imo only use letro if u already have fresh gyno.

yeah man obviously, see nolva is simply an existing estrogen killer. Your estrogen levels post cycle will be high, therefore must be "killed" and your nuts will not function properly post cycle therefor clomid must also be taking. Imo use nolva until symptoms subside and once theyre gone use an AI such as arimidex to prevent these symptoms from ever ocurring again, but be careful as too much arimidex will prevent an unecessary amount of estrogen and thus will hinder muscle gains.
You should do some research on what arimidex is and how much to take.

OP...you're experiencing estrogen related side effects because you failed to properly manage your E2 levels while cycling. Not only can this give you "sensible tits", but can also increase risks of other negative health outcomes. This is a direct result of not implementing an aromatase inhibitor into your protocol.

I am 6f2" 93kg now, i gained 5lbs since cycle started 4 week ago i got a good nutition plan and training plan. Its my first cycle yes i did mystake i get information from "douch" friend. I do .8 sustanon 300 eod + 1cc androlone once a week. I ignored serm because i get told cycle was to week. "I do only 20ml test... Total" 6-7 week cycle and i ignored ias because of the same reason. I got nolva and clomind for pct! Ty for help.
