Well i can finally train how i want since i am now retired. I was a pitcher so i could not pack on the amount of muscle i would have liked to. I am 27 6"5 and 183 pounds. I have a clean diet and love the gym i workout at. I am currently only using food but i am in talks with my family doc because i do have low testosterone.
I am looking forward to learning more about proper ways to manipulate my body and get what i want out of it.
Also after looking around i am kind of looking to stick to the kiss method and follow the less is more lead.
If my doctor ends up putting me on a regimen i would mostly like to know what he does is proper and does not get me somewhere i do not want to be. All i know is having naturally low test sucks and i am excited to fix it.
