High Estro = Thick Blood ??

53 year old been on trt for 3 1/2/ months. 150 mg test c 1x week, 250 iu hcg 2 x week, .5 arimidex 1 x per week. total test = 590, free test is good, just started the arimidex secondary to high estro, doc says estro too high and blood too thick. tells me to go donate blood. I gave blood today. now I remain on 150 mg per week for 4 more weeks then blood work again to see if he will increase the dose. diet is on track gaining strength and endurance. good sex and woody? happy with results thus far. total test to start was 184, free test was also low.

does high Estro always thicken blood ?
what can I supplement with or put into my diet to replace the donated blood quicker ??
is .5 mg Arimidex per week enough?
if he increases to 180 mg a week will .5 arimidex be enough ?
any thoughts/suggestions appreciated.

What is your estrogen level, you didn't say? Also, I don't think it's the E2 that thickens blood more the T. You could inject twice a week to lower E2 and also dose the AI. Twice, 24 hr after injection.

To my knowledge, estrogen has no direct effect on hematocrit and red blood cells - testosterone does. Keep an eye on both of these readings on your blood work (CBC).

I'd suggest you post your blood work in detail to get the best responses to your questions.

As stated, estrogen does not increase RBC. But testosterone does.

Hematocrit is in high normal range.
Dont let it go up to 53-55. You could also donate blood..... Or self draw if you have the balls

You can take low dose aspirin. You could have your Dr write you a script for a therapeutic blood draw as you are still on the high end, or donate again in eight weeks. The aspirin will not lower you hematocrit but helps prevent possible stroke or blood clots. Also post the ranges on all your results.

I give blood every 3 months at my house to keep my rbc in range

I would inject at home if you can and do it 2x a week. If its a problem with your doc switch doc's, thats what I had to do.
