Unless someone has used that specific brand, it's impossible to tell by appearances alone. I'm guessing this was obtained from a UGL and as far as UGLs go, you never know what you are buying, how it was prepared, if it contains any real active compound(s) or if it contains what the label claims. Best way to know if your E2 is adequately controlled is with blood work.
