    Clen & Ketotifen Cycle

    What's a good cycle to adhere by?

    Tried using search and I didn't wanna make a new thread, but I got a bunch of old threads that didn't really answer my question. I don't trust any other forum/site since you guys have helped me out before.

    What I was thinking of doing is a 6 week cycle. Start Keto week 2, and keep taking 1mg before bed every day. However, I was lost on how much clen to take.

    20mg to start for first 2 days to see how it feels, then work my way up to 40, 60 or 80 and just stay there?

    There is no need to manditorily increase it. If it is effective at 20 keep it at 20. Or 40 or whatever. Thats one of the benefits of keto as well. It allows the clen to remain effective at a responsible dose. I would think 40-60 mgs/day would work pretty darn good but that may vary.

    You're talking MICROgrams not MILLIgrams. I'd start at a low dose and titrate upwards until sides become too much. Then back off that dose a bit.

    Yea. Meant 20 mcg.

    I have 40 mcg ones so I'll have to cut them in half.

    Ketotifen came in, but how do I even know it's legit? Any experienced answers?

    Oh, and my blood pressure is 119/67 and 77 is heart rate. The 119 is probably because I was taking the synephrine hcl stack from here. Then again, I'm about 40 lbs heavier since I last checked my BP and my heart rate was 58-62 when I was skinnier, and I was lower than 119 too.

    Am I fine for 20-60mcg of clen a day? I don't plan on going over 80.

    Most people choose not to go over 120mcg a day, but like the others have said, it is really something you have to feel out for yourself. 80mcg a day is a fairly conservative dose. I know that sounds kind of like a BS answer but let me explain from my point of view. I got my clen for the first time and steadily increased my dose. The first week looked like this: 20mcg, 40, 60, 80, and I was done. I had to stop for a few days because, for me, the clen sides were harsh. I found that if I ever want to get near 100mcg daily I have to do something more like 20, 20 ,40, 40, 60, 60, and so on. So do not get stuck on set doses, just ease into it as gradually as you need or the sides will really suck.

    Do not forget to through some taurine in there too and drink plenty of water.

    Yea, luckily I bought a crapload of taurine just last week for supplemental use. Had no idea I was going the clen route.

    Good advice. I will just feel it out after a week or two. First I will lose weight by myself until it slows down and I'll add the clen. I'm pretty fat currently.

    I gained a good 40-45 lbs in 5 months from just binge eating everything in my sight and lifting heavy as possible (strength training)... that might have been a huge attribute to my increased systolic blood pressure.

    monitor your body temperature daily, take the lowest does that will increse your body temperature by .5-1 degree F. Your body will get used to the clen and your temperature will return to normal, increase enough to keep the temperature 1 degree higher than normal.

    I have never heard of using temp to monitor dose but it does seem like one way to monitor the effectiveness of what you took that day. I did notice my body temp stayed around 99.4 degrees F and stayed around there while on it. I thought that was interesting.
