Most people choose not to go over 120mcg a day, but like the others have said, it is really something you have to feel out for yourself. 80mcg a day is a fairly conservative dose. I know that sounds kind of like a BS answer but let me explain from my point of view. I got my clen for the first time and steadily increased my dose. The first week looked like this: 20mcg, 40, 60, 80, and I was done. I had to stop for a few days because, for me, the clen sides were harsh. I found that if I ever want to get near 100mcg daily I have to do something more like 20, 20 ,40, 40, 60, 60, and so on. So do not get stuck on set doses, just ease into it as gradually as you need or the sides will really suck.
Do not forget to through some taurine in there too and drink plenty of water.
