So last year I did an 8 week load, 2 week deload, then another 8 week load. In the process, I went from 183 to 205. I was really happy with the results. I've managed to hang on to most of it, and am sitting tight between 195-197. Staying reasonably lean. I'm going to do another cycle (test/deca) in about a month and hope to get to 215-220. This time it will be a straight 12 week cycle. I talked to a reputable online trainer and he gave me some good training, diet, and cycle advice. I hope it's a fun ride. Will keep you guys posted. Stats: 50 years old, 5'10" around 195. Here's a pic to give you an idea of where I'm starting from.
