    Anavar ?? Need Answers !! thanks

    Okay , well I am new to this forum just signed up today. I am thinking of taking it to the next level and by which i mean taking a anabolic steroid. I have done a fair amount of research on Anavar and im thinking of doing my first cycle with anavar. I am trying to gain some muscle, get more cut (reduce BF%) and increase strength. That being said here is a little backround on me , I am 19 years old, Iv been working out for almost 11 months, did weight lifting for 6 months and have been doing crossfit for a little over 4 months and still doing crossfit 3 times a week and weight lifting another 3 times a week with sunday to rest. My questions are is anavar good for me to reach my goals i listed above ? how long should a first cycle be? What do i need to know about anavar ? and are there any other supplements i should be taking while on anavar? BTW im currently only taking protein right now. And if anyone knows somewhere where i can purchase anavar (capsule forms) thatd be great. Thank you guys for all your help in advance, sorry for the dumb questions im new to this forum.

    Forgot to add , I am 19 years old, weighing 165 pounds , 5'10 , about 14 BF% (havent checked in a while, taking estimated guess)

    So you want to gain muscle, get cut, and get stronger. I would say that encompasses just about everyone on here. Are you aware of the side effects of taking AAS at your age? Are you aware that you could achieve all of those goals fairly easily with correct diet and exercise?

    Bro with ur stats u need worry about ur diet not roids..... Plus ur only 19... Find out ur TDEE add 500 calories to that number. Spilt up ur calories like this.... 35% Protein, 35% Carbs, 30% Fats..... Train 5-6 times a weeks, sleep 7-8hrs.... And u will grow a good amount within 3 months....
