    hypothetical cycle/ weight gain question

I'm on trt, and enthralled by the idea of blasts.

    I'm 6'1 180, around 18% give or take.

Since I already run test, I assume running a second compound wouldn't be a problem (even though it's technically a first cycle)

I was thinking 500mg of test for 12 weeks
Either 50mg of dbol or 100mg of var first 4 weeks. NAC daily.

Goal is mainly lbm gain. A little bit of body fat loss would be great, but honestly I just don't do enough cardio for that.

My weight question is this, how many blasts would it take to reach (and stay at) 200lbs? And maintain the same or slightly lower body fat%?

Depends on diet, genetics, rest. That question is too broad to answer. Also, you can lose fat without cardio. It's all about your calories. mate.

Also, you don't need to add more compounds, just the increase in test will show results, is my take.

I will start my first cycle later this year. My choice is Test P at 1/2 g a week. No experience but three of my friends just finished their first cycles on this (18 weeks) and they dropped 3 points +3 or -1 bf and increased lbm by around 20 pounds + or - 5.

Just remember when you cycle off use your off cycle suppliments properly and to keep the training going and do your bloodwork.

    Good Luck!

Did you not see a big drop in body fat when you started trt?

Changes in body fat are driven by diet and exercise. Gear will elevate BMR however if the goal is to reduce bf, lowing daily caloric intake to below TDEE is key.

Understood. And like I said, I'm not ask that concerned with fat loss (if I was I'd do more cardio)
I'm more interested in lean muscle mass.

Fair enough, just wanted to dispel any belief gear would facilitate significant loss of bf.

As with reducing body fat, gains in LBM come from eating more than your maintenance calories (TDEE) and training often enough.

I've been eating at maintenance for a few months now. Last time I tried to bulk was before the trt, it was terrible. Gained nothing but fat.
If I bulk again (trt or even a cycle) would I be more likely to add lbm instead of fat?
I figure I added fat due to the low test, I wasn't able to use the nutrients for muscle building. . Does that sound correct?
