    Frustrated and need advice.

    Hey guys, I'm 29 years old I currently weigh 188 lbs and I am in between 7 and 8% body fat. I have ran 2 cycles of test unsuccessfully in the past 3 years. I've ran 2 cycles of prohormones with more success in the past 4 years. I just recently got off a 14 week test/deca cycle at 600/350. I finished my last day of nolva that was ran 40/40/20/20 and had igf1lr3 thrown in there and today I weighed exactly the same as when I started the cycle. I got up to 208 lbs, is it possible that it was all water and I literally made no gains? I'm thinking about not doing cycles anymore because I never keep any of my gains. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I should add diet, I ate around 3500 calories per day. I will add my job is pretty active, I walk on average 7 miles a day at least, and a lot of days it tracks up to 10 miles.

    You are not going to gain muscle eating at a deficit. 3500 is simply not enough if you're doing 7-10 miles a day.

    Can you post photos? did your strength increase? Any cycles of test I have run lead to fast, significant gains in muscle mass!

    Have you confirmed you have legit gear? with blood work perhaps?

    If you are training, and running a full cycle and gaining NO muscle I personally would be suspect about the gear.

    I second the bunk gear theory, if you have ruled out your gear then the only other smoking gun here is your diet. A lot of people say they eat enough but the proof is in the gains that are made or not made. At 208lbs and a decent BF% your TDEE is going to be high after gym time and an active job.

    What do you mean "unsuccessful" test cycles? Are you using the same UGL/ source? Sounds like underdosed gear. Did you have bloodwork done? This may be tricky, because using clomid/nolva will in fact increase serum testosterone by stimulating the pituitary to make more LH, which stimulates the testes to make more testosterone. Most males may have levels of T into the 1000's after Clomid/Nolva therapy.

    I say underdosed and not bunk because you got water retention from the stuff you took. What lab is it?

    Yes, I had huge increases in strength, im guessing its got to be a diet issue. Is there a good way to find out how much I would need to gain muscle?
    Ive used different labs every run, I gain a ton of weight and lose all of it everytime. It's very odd. Ill try to get some pics on here.

    The first are pre cycle, the one in February is toward the end of my cycle and the last 2 are recent right at the end and after pct.
