Hi ,
So i have been training for a very long time to get out the skinny fat body and have made some great changes to my body composition. Just so everyone knows i have been training for around 2 years. about 6 months of this time was spent lowering body fat and the latter trying to gain. I have gone from 86KG down to 75KG and now at maintenance i sit at 80KG with i think around 17% BF.
I am making slow gradual gains, which is why i wanna start my first cylcle. That said as 1.5 years training is not a great amount of time, what are your thoughts? is it too early, should i wait till i hit that brick wall?
