    Is my body ready for first cycle?

    Hi ,

    So i have been training for a very long time to get out the skinny fat body and have made some great changes to my body composition. Just so everyone knows i have been training for around 2 years. about 6 months of this time was spent lowering body fat and the latter trying to gain. I have gone from 86KG down to 75KG and now at maintenance i sit at 80KG with i think around 17% BF.

    I am making slow gradual gains, which is why i wanna start my first cylcle. That said as 1.5 years training is not a great amount of time, what are your thoughts? is it too early, should i wait till i hit that brick wall?

    My details>
    AGE> 32
    Time lifting> 18months
    Goals> Get MAHOOOSIVE

    P.s looking at some of your pics i still look like im skinny fat but trust me things were much worse, ha!

    I would say build a little bit more of a natural base. You lacking some muscle for your size...............and wack that fur off.

    yeah im 181cm, so for sure could do with more. I always said to myself i would stay natural as long as possible anyways. Also the RUG stays, keeps me warm

    Hey buddy!

    Fully agree with BG!

    Bf is not the problem, but you don't have enough muscle base to start IMO.

    Keep eating and lifting, 18months is just a BABY-time to build the base!

    Going to agree with the others. Build up a bigger base of muscle, and make sure the bf is brought down before cycle. I would give yourself plenty of time for this, several bulks and cuts over some more years.

    Keep going natural. all while eating clean ,proper sleep ,supps to bosst natural test etc.
