Hey guys, so been working out for just over two years. I just turned 35 and really want to give test a shot (most of my reading says this is what to do first cycle). I'm 5' 11" and my weight is 190, not sure about bf % but it's probably 15%...just a somewhat educated guess. Even my wife is ok with me doing a cycle (she thinks I have low T anyway).
I've been tracking macros for about 6 months and training before work from 6:30-8:00. I'm watching the Masters right now and am pretty ADD so if I jump around, I apologize.
Have done a few ph cycles, most recently epistane 30/30/40/40/40/40 (AI Life Support throughout) and pct nolvadex (liquid, still have lots left) and AI post cycle therapy. My other ph cycles were back in the late 90's when the original Androstenedione was just out. Did that and nor-andro. No PCT, was young and was never told about pct.
Getting tired of writing and kids and wife need me so gonna wrap it up. I want to get to around 210, and think I've gotten over the mental hurdle of needles (actually was terrified but will man up and I bet it's not as bad as I think).
I know I can't ask for sources, and being new here (at least posting) not sure what to expect. Also after reading not sure how to know if someone is a rep or whatever for some ugl or a scammer.
So question is, any advice for a newbie would be great. Oh, another option is bloodworm to see if I really do have low T and looking into hrt....kind of like the idea of cycling though at home.
