Just poppin' my post cherry here.
I'm 29 yrs old, 6'1, currently 187 lbs, and live in Austin, Texas. I've been lifting off and on through my 20s, but seriously started committing the last 3 years.
I've been up to almost 200 lbs and I've been as low as 175 lbs. I believe the body responds best when you throw it curve balls and keep it guessing. I spend most of my time outdoors when the weather is warm.
I've come to this site for educational purposes. I have seen success bulking, cutting, different types of workouts, different diets,etc.... but I've reached a plateau that I can't seem to break.
That being said, making my body and exercise a priority has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. The quality of my life has improved exponentially since the days where all I did was drink beer and party. (I still do that on occasion though) I'm looking forward to making some friends on this forum and sponging as much knowledge as I can from anyone willing to lend their experiences.
Thanks for reading! Stay large and in charge
