I just bought a protein shake to take with my cycle to get my amount of protein and I was wondering how many grams of protein are in yalls drink? Mine has 46 grams, I am just seeing how mine compares.

MIne has 22 grams per scoop but I double scoop to give me 44 grams per shake.

Mine is about like BIG TEXAN's, 19 grams per scoop. I double them up also.

my isolate is 30gm(I take 1 1/2 scoops with skim after training) and mealreplacment is 48 per 2 scoops plus skim on top(I take it 3 times a day)
