I have a female friend that wants to loose weight.. her stats are
162.56 cm
93.18 kg
39 age
After doing bmr/tdee the magic # is 1329 calories a day.. but I will subtract 300 from it since we're loosind weight leaving us at 1029 daily cal intake. ... my question to you experts is whats the correct percentage for the split in carbs/protein/fats? I was thinking somewhere like 40 percent protein, 30 percent carbs, 30 percent fats. How does this look?
