    help me help.

    Help me help her.
    I have a female friend that wants to loose weight.. her stats are
    162.56 cm
    93.18 kg
    39 age

    After doing bmr/tdee the magic # is 1329 calories a day.. but I will subtract 300 from it since we're loosind weight leaving us at 1029 daily cal intake. ... my question to you experts is whats the correct percentage for the split in carbs/protein/fats? I was thinking somewhere like 40 percent protein, 30 percent carbs, 30 percent fats. How does this look?

    Strict LCHF diet for the first six months. That way she would not have to keep track of amounts eaten at all. Easy way to get started.

    Never mind.. lchf= low carb high fat but how high do you sugest the fat? Thanks

    Much too low. She would lose a lot of weight on 1500 cals. Without cardio.

    I thought so too.. how many grams of fat do you all suggest on a daily basis?

    If you dont count/watch your calorie intake you will get fat off of LCHF diet.

    Yes, i'll be counting it. I will be doing 1500 cals total .. 189g protein / 50g carbs/ 60g fat
