So bros im 23..187 pounds..5,8 ft 13%bodyfat..past olympic runner but left it because of my knee injury and been lifting since 4 years,, this will be my 4th cycle,,last one was deca/test/mast..goal is to gain some more muscles but the more important is to cut my Bodyfat and get the tren look..so i was thinking to do 100 test prop eod and 75 tren eod ..but i heard that u have to keep the tren higher than test..so what do u suggest me to do? And also the diet,,is 50%protein 35%carbs 15% fat good? And how many calories should i eat per day? Thx alot have a noce day everyone!! Cheers![]()
