Thread: Test Only Cycle

    Test Only Cycle

    Age: 21
    Bf: 10%ish
    Height: 6'0"
    Weight:200lbs.

    Bench:300
    Squat:405
    Deadlift: 455

    My goals are
    Bench: 315/335
    Squat: 425/450
    Deadlift: 485/500


    1-10 Weeks Test Enthanate
    250mg x2 per week

    1-12 250iu HCG 2x per week

    1-12 0.5mg Arimidex E3D or EOD

    12-14
    80/80/20/20 Clomid
    40/40/20/20 Nolvadex

    Throwing clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off in here.

    How's does this first cycle look?
    I'm going for strictly mostly keep able strength gains not size due to weight class limits. I'm trying to not gain anymore that 5 lbs at max. Is this possible with this cycle? If so, how? Because in my situation I can not gain anymore weight and I'm looking for quality strength gains over size gains. Thanks, would appreciate any help and led in the right direction.

    Is it worth taking a chance of being on trt for life. Dude 15lbs on your bench if you training for strength is attainable in 3 months without steroids. It's not worth risking cycling at your age. Hell even at my age, 47 if training for strength only I could add 15 to my bench in three months. IMO it's not worth the risk.

    10% body fat? I think we need pictures. Thats near competition body fat.

    Stick with diet and training, no aas for a few more years. You have room for a lot of natural growth and strength. I'm only 5'8" and use to bench 320 lbs with no aas and if I knew how to eat properly and train I could have done quite a bit more.

    I've always managed to stay extremely lean due to cutting weight to make weight classes. Generally 10% out of season and 7-8% in season. A lot is genetics. So when should I honestly consider taking aas so I don't mess up my body and can be as safe as possible?
