How's does this first cycle look?
I'm going for strictly mostly keep able strength gains not size due to weight class limits. I'm trying to not gain anymore that 5 lbs at max. Is this possible with this cycle? If so, how? Because in my situation I can not gain anymore weight and I'm looking for quality strength gains over size gains. Thanks, would appreciate any help and led in the right direction.
