Hello
I am currently in a cutting phase. I have been working out since i was 18. I have a large amount of muscle but i have a high amount of bodyfat see below. Goal is to cut to 10%
Stats
28 years old
6'1
234lbs
18-20%
After reading a few of the stickies it seems there is a consensus that a person shouldn't start a cycle until they are around 10-12% bodyfat
I have read a good amount of the stickies but i still have a few questions
1. Should a persons first time on a cycle be on a bulk or cut?
2. Also i know diet and training are the key to going on a bulk. With that said how much muscle will be gained in 12 weeks if everything is right in terms of diet, training and the proper gear/supplements.
