Competing Mens Physique - My coach is wrong

Long story short, one of my sponsors got me a coach.

Normally, I do high fat, high protein and moderate carbs.

He has wrote me a diet (14 weeks out) that consists of basically little fat (zero from nuts or egg yolks which I find weird. Fats only from the food/shake)

    275 carbs
    220 grams protein

Right around 2000ish calories... which doesn't seem like enough. I

All coming from 5 basic meals... Previously in my diets, I get 0.5 grams fat per lb year around and keep my protein 1-1.5g per lb. Then adjust my carbs as needed.

    Meal 1 - 10 egg whites 1 cup oats
meal 2 - 8 oz chicken 1.25 cup cooked white jasmine rice
meal 3 - during workout 1 scoop of vitargo
meal 4 post workout, 2 scoop vitargo and 2 scoops isolate
meal 5 - 8 oz chicken 1.25 cups cooke white jasmine rice

This doesn't seem like enough to me, and the fact he has stripped fats from my diet really concerns me.

    6'0
    215
9% ( was 7% last month for spring break)

Being about 14 weeks out, the last thing I want to do is run my body into the ground. For all you vets, what do you think?

OK so meal 3- 1 scoop vitargo is basically just a supplement.

Which means that essentially you have 3 meals + post training shake. Which is pretty low in my opinion.

I agree with you I have had success in the past with High fat, high protein, low/ moderate carbs depending. I use ascenta nutra sea fish oil, coconut oil, etc.
