Number crunching - working out my calorie intake/deficit/surplus...HELP

Hi guys, just wanting to make sure I'm on the right track.

    Stats; 28, 185cm, 89kg, 15% BF.
    Natural.
    My BMR Is 2030.

I currently do cardio and weights 5-6 times a week. In each if those sessions I burn between 1200-1400 calories according to my HRM. So maintenance is around 3100.

So over the last 4 weeks I have been consuming 2400-2500 calories and have dropped down from 92kg back to 89kg.

Wanna try and get down to 10-12% bf so I can bulk in winter (Australia).

Just wondering if I'm on the right track and if I plateau should I drop calories or increase exercise?

Looks like you're on a right track.
Dropping calories or increasing cardio comes down to personal preference. A deficit is a deficit.
