    Newbie checking in

    Hey everybody,

Thought I'd take a min to say hey to everybody on here. My names Rob and I'm From BAHston, Ma. I'm 6' 160lbs soaking wet.
Saw the site trying to do some research online and have been reading it for what seems like hours lately trying to find all the knowledge I can. I joined to gain more knowledge about how I can help grow my physique and gain more mass and muscle. I have never run a cycle and have done everything natural. I feel like I am struggling to find that extra edge that will push me a bit further. I have been hitting out hard for about 2.5 years after coming back from 2 broken legs, motocross accident. I want to try and find out what will be the best first cycle for me. I will ask more question in the right forum! Any help, constructive criticism, critique, advice, or anything will be used positively. I have done a good amount of research but am still brand new to all this and all the terms, so bare with me if I ask some dumb questions.

    Thanks,
    Rob

Welcome to the community rob! . Sorry to hear about ur leg. 160 wet sounds like a diet problem. Check out the fitness and nutrition forum and learn about proper muscle growth through diet . AAS should be used as a last resort when your diet has been perfected and you have a strong foundation of lifting for many years. You have plenty of natural potential left before you should Consider AAS!

I should have added I've been working out since I graduated high school in 2007, been working out ever since except the time off for injuries.

Like they all said, diet needs to be lined out first. You're 20-30 lbs short of being ready to cycle. Head over to the nutrition forum they can help you out with that. You can put that much on in a year if you're dedicated. Then you will be ready

    Welcome
