So if I was to take an ai, could I assume my free test would rise up as it wouldn't be converted into estrogen anymore? Or could I assume that it may lower as my receptors would free up from less estrogen and more efficiently burn up testosterone?

Yes free test will rise slightly. I am not sure what you mean by burning up testosterone more efficiently. Cells take in, test, and the cell sends a response, enabling gene transcription. every one will do this at a different rate, depending on amount of free t available and individual genetics. An AI simply enhances this control system, ie more test
