Measuring Body Fat.

I'm not real sure where to put this so I'm going to post it here and have a mod move it if need be.

I would like to be able to monitor my bodyfat. I don't have access to hydro tank. My buddy suggested I get one of those Omron handheld devices. Do they work? Are they accurate?

there is some correlation between the BF% readings these electrical devices have and your actual bf%.

I personally don't use them, but instead use a traditional BF caliper. both have their downsides.

they are useful when tracking changes in bf%, but the actual reading can be off a few %, which, as we all know, can be significant.
