    coming off injury

Hello. I'm new to this forum.I'm 39 and coming off a complete separation of the AC shoulder joint.Elected to not have surgery.I have not been able to train in over a year. Now that doc has cleared me, I want to start hitting it hard again. I am experienced with gear but have not used in 12 years. Any suggestions for my age/experience/injury? I'm 6' 196lbs atm. Down from 225. I would like to run a 12 week cycle 1-6 dbol. 1-12 test 1-12 deca. 40mg ed.500 mg week. 500mg week. Pct after.

    Hello,
    Welcome to the forum!
I hope you continue to feel better! :-)
I would rec test 1-14, rest looks good. I would also rec an AI like dex or Letro (from arr since it easy to dose smaller) at 0.6mg e3d. and for PCT a Clomid and tamox combo, something like 35-55mg clomid ed and 20mg tamox ed for 4 weeks, starting 2 weeks after last shot.

I also have to rec you look into peptides. they have been a great help to me. I really like the ghrp/grf combo and/or IGF1 peps. TB500 is another worth looking into.

    Good luck!

I would NOT recommend cycling until you have toughened up your body in the gym for a while. I'm thinking at least a year. Muscular strength will soar on AAS. Connective tissue strength will lag, creating a mismatch in strength and the possibility of another injury.

Adding AAS really (sound like a broken record here) should be the LAST thing you add AFTER you've dialed in everything else and are starting to hit that infamous "plateau".

You are not a kid anymore. Take it easy with the anabolics.

    Just my .02
