Blast & Cruise: How long should I cruise?

I've been on TRT for over a year. I plan on being on for life; NO problem with that.

A few months after being on TRT, I ran my first cycle (600-750mg test/week). I went back to trt dose after that. I've done two of those. I run .5 arim every 3rd day normally, and every day to every other day on cycle.

Then this January, I ran 4 weeks of 600mg test with some dbol for 3 weeks, then just 250mg test for a week, then put in tren 40mg/ED for 12 weeks. Also added Winstrol, T3 & a tiny bit of cabo. AMAZING results from Tren. Love it.

I was planning to go back on in August, after 16 weeks. But now I'm thinking since I'm blast & cruise, do I really need to wait that long? How long of a pause do you guys think is good?

Thanks in advance. For the record, I'm 46yo, 6'1", 195lbs, 15%bf. Unfortunately, I don't get my bloodwork done anymore, since I don't get stuff from a dr any longer. Actually I don't have insurance right now, so I won't be able to get bloodwork for several months. But I certainly feel great; no negatives.

You still need to look after your health whether your on trt or not so you should give yourself a break from the compounds but thats up to you.

Did you self prescribe your trt ?

^^^This and find a way to get blood work done. Don't assume because you feel great, you are great. You could be hyperlipidemic and not know it and this is a significant risk factor for stroke, artery disease, and heart attack.

^^^i will echo what these guys said and add that, after 3 fairly hefty cycles you are still only 195 at 6'1. That may be amazing compared to where you started though. What were your stats at the start of TRT?

I appreciate the replies. Doctor prescribed trt. Did several bloodworks. I just started getting it myself because it was cheaper and I wanted to cycle. Everything was in check.

I've always been extremely skinny. Was 135 lbs lean mass until about 3 or 4 years ago. I've been lifting for about 3 years. Very slow gains. Trt has obviously helped. All in all I've gained 30lbs of muscle and lost 70lbs of fat over three years. Since starting trt and cycles last year, I put an inch on my arms and a couple on my legs. I think that's pretty good for 3 blasts that weren't that big.

My biggest question though is how long of a cruise should I take before starting back up? A full 16 weeks?

Time off = time on + PCT. That's the guideline for normal cycles. I advise the same for TRT patients.

Therefore, a 12 wk cycle with PCT is 16 weeks. So, minimum is 16 weeks to be safest.

Wow, took me over 6 months to get dialed in on my TRT with blood work and adjustments made. You say you blasted with only a few months on TRT. You are playing a very irresponsible game with your body IMO. You never gave your TRT any time to show you what gains you would make when you were dialed in. Blood work should be a bigger priority than doing a blast. You are old enough where you should be very aware of the mortality of your body and that the damage you could be doing is very real and could affect you sooner than the kids that make the same irresponsible acts.

Most give their TRT up to a year to get fully dialed in. Bloodwork is a 100% must.

I was on trt for 3 years before i got insurance. It is not that expensive! Especially when its your health at stake.

I live in canada so I get bloods done every 3 months exspecially a month after a blast and drop back down to my cruise dose at 200mg/week, my doc doesnt habe a prob with me selve prescribing a trt dose, but I do follow proper protocol when it comes to bloods and donating blood is a must for rbc count ect
I think your best beat if u are considering blasting and cruising is to get bloods done and donate blood every 56 to 58 days, if u are stuck for blood results there is private md labs or something online u can do, I am not to sure if that is the private lab correct name but since u residein the states u might as well go that route if not wanting to gotothe doc
Think its like $50.00 for the female panel if I am not mistaken, get some bloods done before considering your next blast, give your body a break dropping down to a cruise dose, so if u run a 2 month blast, give your body atleast a 2 month break

whether you cruise or pct, you still need to wait until your sides abate. before you decide to blast again, things to check for:
    RBC/Hematocrit
    cholesterol
    Blood Pressure
    Heart Rate

amongst other things. if you want to crash the time between blasts, then I'd suggest checking blood panels.

if you decide to NOT get the bloods done, then I'd suggest waiting 2 or 3 months between blasts.
