Just a general question. I'm doing a 8 week intermediate fast. Eating from 10am-6pm 7 days a week. Tdee is 2800. I train 5 days a week and run 3 of those days for 2-3 miles each day. Not looking to "lose weight" just BF. I'm sitting at 195 15% 5'10. I have size. Just want to tighten up. My split is 40/40/20. Really just looking for thoughts on the fasting topic. Daily intake is 2500 except leg day I hit maintenance.
