Site rotation with trt pin's and cycle as for the tren/deca Q you will get it better with tren but still with deca aswell but it will all depend on your nutrition and proper e2 control training ect ect.
I did my quads for a couple of years until I started hitting to much scare tissue and nerves. Agreed, site rotation so include shoulders and pecks.
Interesting. Ive never tried the pecs or shoulders. How are the absortion rates compared to the thighs? Any noticeable difference? What about pain wise? I feel virtually nothing with insertion to my thighs.
What about subcutaneous shots? I inject my hcg into my belly like everyone else but I now have a ton of scar tissue that its almost impossible to find a spot now that isnt too hard to break througg or doesnt hurt to much. Are there any other areas on the body for subq's?
Site rotation really is important but quads have become my favorite injection site because of the easy access and big area to rotate

Quads, glutes, delts, pecs, as for sub q injections if u have higher bf its okay but I personally wouldnt due subq injections for aas due to lumps that will flare up doig subq injections with lower bf
Always best to rotate your shots but if I had to choose I would say u can't go wrong with glutes. Quads aren't as forgiving especially if you don't have a steady hand.

To answer your original question, I have read studies that suggest you get better absorption in the glutes. I think this is due to the size of the muscle and the ability to inject deep into the muscle tissue.
Of course, I've also read articles that says it doesn't matter.
Personally, I only inject in my glutes if I use long esters and I rotate my sites with short esters.
In the past, I only did glutes and didn't have much PIP. For this cycle, I started doing quads. After a few screw ups, I'm more comfortable with them, but still get more PIP compared to glutes. I'll add delts next cycle. When it comes to injecting a new site, I find it best to take your time. Practice makes perfect.
Jim is dead on about diet. That's where it all starts and ends. I think most guys underestimate what an affect diet has on results. If you want to look as hard as his pic, you're in for some serious food weighing and macro counting (damn good genetics would help, too).
More people would probably say tren was better for cutting; but the sides can be a real negative. Definitely not something to play around with and not for beginners. I've seen several friends get pretty screwed up with it. Either way, though, diet is the key.

Yes I agree with jim as well whatever compound u choose it comes down to your diet as aas is just a great tool in the aid of a great diet, the more your diet is on the more results or gains u will have, but as far as tren goes myself personally I think there is no other compound out there that competes with tren, tren witha great diet is the god of all steroids!
