    Brief intro

    Hi everyone
I started weight training when I was in my late 20's for a few years, I was 10st 8lbs at 5 ft 11". I managed to get my weight up to 13.5stones with good eating and regular training.
Then I had a lay off and took up squash which I played for about 14 years to a fairly high level. Trouble is its wrecked my knees, ankles, wrist, shoulder etc so I stopped just over 18 months ago and began weight training again.
Now at 46 I am probably in the best shape physically I have ever been. Trained hard and saw some good gains but I would like to get some real size and definition.

    Current stats
    Chest 46"
    Waist 38"
    Biceps 16"
    Shoulders 50"
    Thigh 23"
    Calves 15"

I would ideally like to get to 48 on chest, back to 34 on waist and 18 on biceps. I don't have 30 years to wait to get gradual annual gains of 1/16 to 1/8 inch increase to achieve that so I am considering shortcuts

    Anyway I'll post more later

Look forward to hearing from you guys
