Steroids in your system matter when flying overseas?

Title explains itself, I've never flown overseas before and am curious as to if they test your blood for steroids and whatnot? I understand taking them over is dangerous but in your system? safe or not?

Think about it, I dont want come off as a jerk but do you think they test people for any type of drug? Millions of people fly everyday. Drug testing is not cheap and looking for steriods would cost more and they would have to send your blood off. Think of all the baseball players that has tested positive and fly from city to city

I was unaware that it cost alot to test for steroids, and figured maybe they'd test for oversea flights instead of interstate ones. thanks.

Yes, they will. They will also test your for steroids if you go to Wal-Mart, Red Lobster and the state of Maine.

However, since you are 18 and have no clue what you are doing, they will let you pass because you probably don't even look like you lift. Sorry, I know that sounds harsh, but using steroids at your age is stupid and careless.

Remember, stay out of Wal-Mart.

Actually, I Toney Freeman, went to Switzerland, or somewhere, to give a seminar, and they arrested him for suspicion and charged him with possession bc his blood was positive.

OP, please explain how and why you thought they do blood tests for international flights?
And where did you get this idea?

Sure, a few countries require proof of immunizations and a negative STD panel to gain a visa (China comes to mind), but that isn't the norm, nor is it done at the airport (and they sure as hell aren't checking for steroids).

That was Sweden. And besides the point, since the arrest was made on suspicion based on his obviously juiced physique, not across the board testing upon entry (and because the police were on a huge steroid witch hunt at the time).
