I'm not sure about my body fat but it's not low, but it's not high?
Working out consistently, i eat as clean as i can, i take my protein but I do want to try a cycle of something to help me and get me more lean and help me gain more muscle. What do you think I should start off with, how should I take it, i have done a little bit of research but theres so many sites and supplements it does get overwhelming researching, so i'd rather get input from real people that have tried steroids .
