I have visited this forum before and have finally made an account today. I have been a dedicated weight lifter for the last four years and will be lifting for the rest of my life. I enjoy working out and have been working on a perfect diet for the last year which has been based around 2500 calories with 35% protein 45% carbs, and 20% fats. I am still not convinced that anabolic is the route I want to take, rather I am more leaning on hgh. Which is why I have made an account and would like to hear from the experts that have real experience on this subject.
