Hey guys,
I am here seeking good honest advice; I see a lot of good information being posted here. I decided to start winstrol on April 23rd, so I'm 3 days into it, today would be day 4 if I continue it. I have been taking one pill in the morning and one pill in the evening and I'm supposed to run it for 50 days.
I am taking 40mg/day total.
Regardless, I'm having second thoughts based on some of the things I have read on this site; aside from the side effects, I'm more concerned I'm just not even a good candidate for it in the first place. I have never done steroids, former college athlete in the sport of diving. I have done pro-hormones before, (2 or 3 times in the last 5 years).
Here is my profile:
age: 34
height: 5'5" on a good day
weight: 140-145lb soaking wet
body type: I have a swimmers type body, athletic. I usually try to gain weight not loose weight.
Currently I do cross fit and truly enjoy it. My goal behind winnie was to gain strength and shred. Not interested in gaining weight or losing, just enhanced muscle definition and overall strength results.
My work out routine is 1 hour long cross fit workouts everyday, 5/6 days a week with some running in the evenings. I suffer from calf cramps from time to time.
Winnie feedback/experience so far: obviously it's too early on to see results but I've noticed random minor joint soreness for short periods… I'm concerned this is more psychological then real lol since I am obviously freaking out about taking steroids in the first place.
I take a liver care along with winnie and the other two supplements I've been for a couple of weeks is Erase Pro and AMPiLean
So my question(s):
1. If I stop winnie, meaning i took it only for the 3 days so far, can I just stop it or do I need to do a PCT cycle? if so, which one?
2. Should I stick with the cycle? if so, do you recommend anything else that compliments it?
I'm willing to do whatever is in my body's best interest, health being #1 priority so I have no problem backing out of this impulsive decision I made 3 days ago. I just want to keep getting better and stronger at cross fit, it has a been a great experience and truly enjoy it.
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
