    Suggested Macro Split?

I am cutting right now and am working on getting my BF% down(roughly 22-24 % currently) before starting my next cycle. I have been at a caloric deficit for 3-4 weeks now and I have stopped losing weight. My TDEE is 2885. I havent been keeping exact count on my calories but know I am well under my TDEE just because I have been fasting mainly.

I want to take my diet a bit further and get it down exactly how it should be. So if I ate at 2k calories per day what would my macro split be to keep losing weight and retain muscle? Will I want to keep this same split on cycle as well? Should I carb cycle as well w/ 1 refeed per week? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

The nutrition side of all this isn't my strong suit. I have a good understanding of AAS and working out. I just need help understanding the in and outs of the nutrition side. I feel like I am on the brink of really getting all this lined out and working the most efficient way possible just need a bit more knowledge and understanding of how to break down my meals for the week.

You can eat at like 2200 and still be in a good deficit.
Go for 1-1.1g protein per pound lbm, 0.4g fat per pound lbm, rest carbs.
Meal timing and frequency is up to you.
Balanced meals with quality protein before and after workout is a good idea.

You need to start with a 40/40/20 macro split and a 500 calorie deficit ,no need to fast your going to lose muscle doing that.
