Hey guys. I've been on the sidelines here for a while. I've never felt the urge to post anything because every question I have ever had, has been posted a dozen times over.
I'm 30 5'11" 190lb with 12% BF. Been lifting for 15 plus years and I can tell you, getting old f*ing sucks. I miss the days of eating whatever I want and lifting like a mad man without having to worry about my knees or shoulders hurting.
In the past I've done PH cycles but now I'm going to do a bit of homework and give growth a shot.
