First post so think this is the appropriate section
Reading the forum for a long of time, I'm a regular fellow that has always been in around gyms and sport. Started lifting at 8 years old *lol*, true story, of course at that time very very limited exercises. Was introduced to lifting and bodybuilding at very early age and the "gym rat" bug has always stayed. Im almost 38 years old now.
Last couple of years drifted to running and ran a full marathon last november. So, lost a lot of muscle that I'm trying to get back. It was a challenge and I've enjoyed it although not sure if ever do such thing again heheh
Anyways, here to get some more information and try to help others when I can.
