Off to Busan

Got a week in Busan starting today. Taking the Testcyp carry on and looking forward to some good spas and eats. Have been at it hard for a month now getting ready for my big push for weight loss and this is my breather before the "cycle"

i had a bad week diet and lifting wise, kind of fell off the wagon and drank all week, but heres to me hopefully waking up with a terrible hangover so i dont do it again

Eat the bulgogi at the sit down grills, to die for.

Just back. Managed to stay on the diet and soak up the beef and bulgogi. Ready to hit the gym tomorrow morning bright and early to see if Korean food makes your bench increase lol.

I had the very enjoyable pleasure of Korea just a few weeks ago. I used to live there, and it has been 33 years since the last time I was there. I had an eight hour layover, and took a five hour tour. Checked out a temple, a palace, and had lunch. Had to pay for my bulgogi (sp?) but they kept bringing out the side dishes, as much as you want. I was scarfing the kimchi and some of the other dishes. Agima (sp?) was smiling as my chopsticks were working at high speed. Korea has changed so much. It's hard to believe, although I'm not surprised.

Right there with you, got injured last week, can't squat that just threw me into a bender.
