    New to the Forum

    Whats up guys I am 21 years old, 5'10, 170 lb 16% BF and I am pretty muscular already. I am from Florida and interested in educating myself as much as possible. I am hoping to meet some cool people on this Forum, and hopefully get some really useful tips.
