I know that obv some people have a higher propensity for muscle growth, or to be wider/more narrow, but do we also have different dispositions within our own development "schemes" as in; my triceps grow larger than my biceps. I know the triceps is a larger muscle group, but my biceps are DEFINITELY not gaining as fast. Say for instance I'm doing things right as I believe I am, should I lower my tricep work load (not thinking so) or just make sure I do more biceps than tri....or just deal with it??
