Hi guys and girls. New to the site and looking for some tips I've taken oral Winstol 10mg 5 a day a few years ago but never saw much improvement I've just joined the gym again after 6 months out due to an operation was a boxer before the op so know about working hard to get were you want to be. Am now looking to get into body building have stocked up on the protein shakes chicken tuna and pasta lol and a friend told me about t400 as a good start up point I am 5 foot 9 and weigh 11stone 10lbs. I've been trying to find out what pip and pct mean but can't find an explanation anywhere also only got a phone for the Internet so not the best searh engine. And hints and tips would be much appreciated thanks in advance!
