Hello jamin. To better asses your needs, we need a little more info.

Please list your height, weight, body fat, training experience, nutrition plans and, if any, cycle history.

Since you are just getting started back at lifting, I'd hold off on any steroids for awhile. Focus on learning what to eat and how much. Also, learn how to really take your body to true failure in the weight room. Without these things, steroids are going to do squat for you. If you were to take them, you would put on "weight", but it would mostly be water and you'll lose most, if not all, after your cycle ends.

You need to find out what your TDEE is and adjust your calories from there. Figure out your daily macros based on your caloric intake. If you aren't eating enough, you aren't going to grow. Replace at least one (if not both) of the whey protein shakes with whole food. Especially the weight gainer.

While you are starting to workout again and eating right, spend some time in the nutrition and training section. Absorb as much info as you can. Learn what foods can help you and what to avoid. Start there.

    ^^what dante said.

Steroids aren't magic. If you spend the time gaining naturally, you'll know better how to keep the gains you get from your gear

Cheers Dante, your a diamond! Not quite sure what you mean by taking my body to complete failure u think you mean until I can't do any more and I can't lift my arms above my head the next day due to pain. Or am I over doing it or not stretching of enough. I think it might be cos I've not done any sort of exercise for 7 months. I always snack through out the day aswell I've basically carried on my diet plan from boxing but and an extra 200 (ish) carbs a day. I'll check out the nutritional section now

Lots of good advice here. Since you just started back you should get good results if you train hard and eat right. If you take advantage of those natural gains first you will end up much bigger in the long run. Of course that means training consistently long term. If you are just wanting to buff up for the summer steroids are not necessary, you can do that naturally. The people I have seen use steroids for that are really just attempting to compensate for the fact that they do not posses the mental discipline to train hard and consistently, and eat right. Don't be that guy! Many of those who have been training year in and year out have little respect for them.

Stay clear of blends they are not the best,
at 5ft 10" your months away from starting a cycle, you need to get a solid base before any aas use,
concentrate on your diet and training these are the two areas what will give you best the goals at your level,

Cheers I've replaced my whey protein with a mass shake with 2 scoops of oats chucked in quite hard to drink but think it does the trick I was thinking about carrying.on this.routine for 12 weeks and see what shape I am in. All my old.gym friends are huge now and feel out of place training with them :/
