Hi everyone. Glad I found this site. Been searching for a lot of answers in one place and i have finally found it.
So here it goes.
I am 25 yrs old 260 lbs 6'0. I used to go to the gym a lot back in the day and now its a bit more challenging. I got married almost 2 years ago and have a 1 y/o little boy who is amazing! I work two jobs. I am in the medical field. I work on a critical care helicopter for pediatrics and i am a Firefighter/Paramedic. I have gotten very lax over the years but now its time for a change. I am in the hiring process with my Dream Fire Department and need to Get lean, build my endurance, and get stronger. Currently I am not working out as much but i am running almost every day about 2 miles. I am trying to eat healthier challenging but I am up for it.
I am a bit nervous about using this steroids, but willing to go for it after i have found more information.
So I am hoping someone could help me out.
I am looking for an entire program. Diet, Exercise and obviously how to use steroids the safest and most effective way.
I will be starting in Mid August the Academy and want to be in tip top shape!
