So here is the deal, 29 years old, 5'11 212lbs approx 18% bf, not exact but I've had it checked enough that I'm pretty good at estimating, been lifting since i was 17. I more then understand nutrition needs but looking to take the step up. my past i have only done Tren and mass (ACL) when still purchasable, shockingly seen great gains, about a year later did dbol only at 40 a day and again, against what everyone told me, I had amazing gains and kept most of it. I seem to have great reactions to most supplements and my cycle I'm planning is as follows, and any advice on changes in amounts is welcomed. Though i am fairly set on what I'm using so far, have considered winny over dbol for the more dry gains but i remember loving how i felt on dbol so kind of stuck on that lol
16 weeks test e
300mg week 1 and 2
week 3-16 500mg
week 1 to 8
dbol at 40mg a day
my biggest question is the right AI to use, i prefer to get those from the sponsor page and I'm looking at stane, or liquidex. so help there on the right option and dosage would be awesome. also for pct, if an AI is fine or if something like nolva is needed. if hcg would be needed.
I may in the future if I'm pleased with the results try other things such us tren or deca but for the time being this sounds like a normal beginner cycle.
