AI for high estradiol ? endo doesn't know

Gents,
I've been on Nebido for over a year. I am on a very high dose (2ml every 2.5/ 3 weeks) as my body seems to be metabolising it very fast (even at 6 week 4ml intervals i was still only at 16 nmol). Problem i have is Estradiol is consistently high (280 nmol sometimes) my endo is very forward thinking but has no experience with AI's. i believe my E levels are part of the problem, if i can show him some medical evidence that AIs for men is a good idea he will prescribe it. Any one out there have any articles or papers i could use

I was diagnosed approx 14 months ago. Ive had my bloods every 6 weeks so i know my results aren't one offs.

I´m from Sweden. I have been on Nebido for 16 month now. The last 4 injektions has been E4W and I´m now on 20 nmol/L (approx 580 in US levels). My Estradiol i just above ref but in Sweden they don´t medicate with AI. I don´t get any relief from TRT, I guess it´s because of Estradiol but I don´t know. I´m trying to loose weight now to lower estradiol and get rid of belly fat. But it´s kind of strange becuse this is probably the cause of low T.
