slightly torn anterior labrum, upcoming test only cycle

So I found out I have a very mild tear in my anterior labrum of my left shoulder, and I also have a cycle coming up in the next month and a half that I have had planned for about a year now. My surgeon (from a previous shoulder injury on the opposite shoulder) told me surgery was not necessary at this point and I could continue to train. His advice was to really focus on strengthening my rotator cuff. One would think a mild dose of test would greatly increase my rotator cuff strength, but I'm not sure. Opinions? I'm not too keen on going under the knife again, and like I said, my surgeon doesn't believe that is the way to go yet, so any input is appreciated.

I should also note I plan on incorporating TB-500 into my cycle for injury prevention as well. I had really good results with it during PT from my past surgery on the opposite shoulder.

Hey Roman, yeah I followed your log when I first tried out TB-500. I loved it myself but it was getting expensive. I was pinning 2mg twice a week on Monday/Thursday, and I had great results. I got some Genesis test compound (sust 250) with an expiration of this month (may) that I'm anxious to get started on. I understand expiration doesn't really affect the efficacy of AAS that much, but I don't want it sitting around staring me in the face, begging me to use it... as you can imagine. If I can get your opinion on my dilemma that would be awesome.

I'm currently cutting down to 5% before I start my cycle, but just want some insight from more experienced users before I start when the time comes. As the title notes, I have a slight tear in my labrum on the anterior side. My surgeon can't do anything about it at this time as it's not bad enough to warrant surgery, and my only restrictions are wide grip bench and deep chest flies. I plan on running the sust for 10 weeks, opting for a twice/wk dose on Monday/Thursday. PCT is setup with a nolva/clomid combo and my AI of choice will be aromasin, which I will use modestly. Obviously with shoulder issues it wouldn't be wise to overdo the AI, and with a low bf% I'd rather not use more chemicals than absolutely necessary. As previously stated, I'm going to run tb-500 alongside the sust for additional joint support.

Will post more stats if deemed necessary.

Forget the cycle until you are 100% sure your shoulder is recovered otherwise you will look forward to 2 years of recovery.

Well, the thing with this injury is that there is no 100% recovery. My labrum won't ever reattach itself without surgery, and I'm not about to get surgery if my surgeon doesn't believe it Is necessary. It isn't like tendonitis where time off will fix it, the only thing I can do is to strengthen my rotator cuff... which is one of the questions I asked. Seeing as the rotator cuff is made up of different muscles, and anabolic steroids greatly increase the strength of muscle, would it not make sense that a cycle would only improve my situation. This is assuming I'm not an idiot and don't lift as heavy as possible while on, which is never my goal anyways. I try to focus more on form, even if it means dropping the weight down a bit.

Well I would suggest doing a LOT of light cable or band exercises especially for warming up, in-between and after working out and stay away from most overhead presses and NO behind the head press.

Yeah I've already started doing rotator cuff exercises. Cycle won't start for probably another month to month and a half.
